I accept most major health insurances that are PPO plans. I am considered an "out of network" provider for all health plans.
I encourage all clients to contact their insurance provider directly to inquire about coverage. Below are some of the questions to ask:
- What is my deductible?
- How much of my deductible has been met?
- What will be my co-pay or coinsurance?
- Do I have out of network benefits? If yes, what is the reimbursement rate? The billing code for outpatient psychotherapy is 90837.
